Waterbury Ridgegate has a number of programs designed to fit your needs. Student housing, military housing and several others are available to you.

Discounts are available to Waterbury employees, Military Personnel, Waterbury University/ College Students, Trade Personnel, Educators, Seniors, Housing Choice Vouchers Holders, Law Enforcement Personnel, and Medical Personnel

Referal Program
If you are current resident, you can get $200 credit on next month's rent if you refer a new resident. Credit counts upon reffered resident's move-in. Contact us to sign up for this program.

Lottery Poll
Lottery is our monthly campaign that involves buying a lottery ticket for each apartment resident who pays their rent by the 10th. The proceeds are split equally. Contact us to find out more or to join our Lottery Poll.

Preffered Customers Program
You have a chance of getting a $200 discount/coupon for the move-in expenses if you can provide proof of being a preffered customer. Preffered Customers are: Educations, Military, Medical Personnel, Law Enforcement, Corporate Housing, College Students, Employees of Waterbury businesses, Housing Choice Voucher Holders, Licenced Trades Personnel, and Animal Care Providers.
